Returns & Exchanges

At Crosley Radio, we want you to love your sound; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Product

  Carefully repack your turntable or radio in its original box, including all power cables, needles, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
